...recorded during the Office of Compline, 12 October, 2008.

The psalm setting is by Peter Hallock.

The Pittsburgh Compline choir was founded by John W. Becker, and is currently under the direction of Andrew Scanlon.

I was once a cantor in this magnificent group... so I had to put this up.

  • Wonderful music. I'd love to be a part of this. I don't see from the website when rehearsals/times would be. I see they sing in worship on Sunday evenings. Also, are members paid or is it volunteer? I assume since it is by audition, that it is paid, but wasn't sure. I'd love to be part of this choir that sings glorious music to the Lord. Thanks for posting.

  • @MaidenMiyazaki Sorry it took so long for me to notice this comment! When I was a part of the choir, rehearsals were held every other Friday evening from 7-9. Admittance to the choir is by audition, but I believe the group is still volunteer.
