It's funny, I had Sprint as a 'regular' customer. And the service was HORRIBLE! But now I am on a Employee account, and omg, the service is amazing! Its so weird.

stop complaining, sprint have the best plans and services, you should be thankful that sprint helped you  with that invoice, read the instructions before using something like that, also you can call sprint and clear any doubt you have about the service
