Yeah, the rope is toast now.
Sheath disintegrated, some of the core strands snapped. Luckily nobody got hurt.

That looks AWESOME! I'll be in Yosemite in 2 weeks. I won't be doing this, but I'm sure I'll still have a ton of fun. I can't wait!!!

Dude you gotta take up that slack so don't get flossed like that one guy... plus you'll have less drag from the rope and swing further and faster.
