I can't find any of enoki mushroom at my place. Can I use another mushroom to replace it - such as white mushroom?

hi, you can use the fresh white button mushroom and slice them into thin slices, it is also very tasty :-)

hi,white mushroom will be totally fine. Actually you can skip mushroom if you have a hard time finding it, it is an optional ingredient.

hi there, I would like to ask what kind of chilli powder do you used? Is it red pepper chilli powder? Can I use dried chilli powder?

Hi, I used dried coarse red chili pepper from a Korean brand. You can use regular dried chili powder, works just the same. Have a nice day!
