Highway 61 (rev) Dylan cover

My last post for this bluesy Sunday.
One of my all time favorite Dylan songs.
Gee, the timing here sucks, but so what..., it was fun playing the harp on that one ;-)
How come the sound is always out of synch for a millisecond??? Any suggestions?
