Here's the real truth that nobody told me when I was young. Scrap the BowFlex and learn to cook really well. Inviting a woman to come to your place for dinner - (you want to try out a new French recipe) - is nonthreatening, even charming. If you cook a beautiful woman a great meal, you have to be good at this, so be prepared to put in some effort.... you are going to get laid. To hell with the bozo's that sweat up the big muscles. Learn to cook, very very well.
