Cleaning the Patented e-Gun

Because you don't have to dispose of Cosmichrome chemicals at the end of the day like competing systems, we added a built in washing system to our Master and Ultra machines. It rinses out the e-Gun plating gun without having to empty the tanks to add rinse water. The e-Gun is designed to use either 2 or 4 nozzles depending on the size of the object you are plating. Instant on and off electronic operation means you don't have to aim the gun away from your part when you squeeze the trigger. There are no needle valves to calibrate either.
