Jeunes Agape's winning performance at 2008 Trinidad and Tobago Natiional Music Festival - Most Outstanding Folk Choir. 'Magalenha' is a Brazilian folk song made international by Sergio Mendes. The lead role is played by our now deceased (Aug 16, '08) choir member, Solange Agostini. Lead male - Kale Ross. Choreography - Deon Baptiste.

The absolute best that I have seen on You Tube and that is saying a whole lot. They deserved the prize for choir. I'm still looking for DANCERS who can do it real justice. These singers beat all the dancers I have seen. Even the Portuguese accents were good. Congratulations to all the performers and RIP for Solange Agostini, she did a good job and had good stage presence. North American schools should check you out. They have something to learn from you. It's called rhythm.
