Mario Kart Wii Competition 3 June 2008

"All the way from Super Mario Galaxy, it's the spiky Topmen! Knock all the spiky Topmen off the edge of the Galaxy Arena as fast as you can!"

Third tournament, and this one can be done the quickest. Again this isn't a great time, already on the first day I've heard of times of about 13 seconds which sounds pretty difficult to me, but I'm probably doing something wrong.
