I agree! And what better meaning is there other than one which we define and choose, rather than have it imposed by some deity or other power - the best thing in this universe as it is - is our free will to give anything we want, a juicy middle finger.
Like monarchies, and gravity.

@superhamzah85 Haha! lmao Well said, and Bravo! Sorry if I came off sounding overly nihilistic....lol But honestly, almost paradoxically, we can only truly appreciate life's rarity and preciousness once we understand how ultimately brief and tragic life is. Once we have a deeper understanding of our true predicament, how vulnerable we are, stranded on a grain of sand that rotates a tiny star, lost in the background of 200 bil just like it, we mean nothing. We must derive meaning 4 ourselves.

If we can not know of things, then know of things, then there is no reason why we can't ever know. All we can do this - is accept what we know - and then enjoy life, in an intelligent and humourous way, some kind of passion for a profession or an art, or a craft, - good food and drink, a pipe and a woman. Or man.
^_^
What a truly weird world in which we find ourselves. The fact that reality is stranger than fiction is a gross understatement. We have no clue about the incredibly large or the incredibly small. We are faced with the sobering fact that we live in a sort of middle world and that we will never have a true understanding of either. For all we know there are infinite realities in both directions. Part of the tragedy of our predicament of our place in time and space is that we CANNOT ever know.
