  • She is right...you have to let out frustration (hopefully constructively) and then you can (usually) let the thought go. Holding it in is a really bad idea. It just builds until it spews forth, 10x, like a violent volcano. My problem is sometimes even when I use a constructive comment like, "It makes me feel___ when you ____" the comment makes the other person burst out in anger and then a fight escalates anyway.

  • That's the worsed anger management lesson ever, i hope you didnt pay for that shit! I suffer from anger, an all the BS they tell you doesent make any diference, if you hold it in it makes it worse next time.
