I play a man named "Jason" who took a preliminary/rapid-HIV test, and must now receive the bad news.

This is very strange to watch as i was told at st Thomas hospital very badly in 2001 the heath worker there had no empathy cold and calculated and on a late Friday you should not give that information on a Friday, as in this country every thing comes to a close for the weekend and i do not agree with doing tests in clubs when people are not in a good frame of mind .

@masterdelrap a public clinic does not charge money for testing. i am not sure how the treatment works. i think there is some kind of fund like ADAP for each state or other programs. it is VERY costly to treat hiv monthly.

In layman's terms, the drugs aren't showing favorable survival numbers because they are actually effective at combating HIV (which is probably harmless anyway); the survival numbers are improving by the simple fact that the drugs being prescribed are just killing you less than they use to.

HIV tests don't prove infection, and even if they did there is no proof that HIV is even harmful. The meds prescribed to treat HIV result in AIDS-like symptoms. The primary cause of death for AIDS patients? Liver failure due to drug toxicity. Any perceived improvement in AIDS patient mortality can be attributed to the progressively lessening toxicity of newly perscribed AIDS drugs.
