OMG This was the best performance of Ice Skating I've ever seen! I'm just in awe....*.* He's freakin amazing!!!

Such an elegant and emotional performance.
I remember watching this and getting weepy.

Still my all time favorite skater! He could do it all jump, spin, and interpret music. The skaters today are all about doing the Quad, there's no artistry. Paul is a true artist!

Paul rules!

Ok nevermind about the JFK one. I didn't realize that it's the video with the title "Paul Wylie 1996 Three Masters on Ice."

Paul Wylie's performance in the 1992 Olympics is what made me fall in love with the sport of figure skating. I hadn't seen this particular routine before, so thanks for posting it! After last night's men's free skate, I miss Paul's routines even more. His artistry, emotion, clean lines, and deep edges are almost completely missing these days.
By the way, if anyone has his performance set to the music of JFK, please post it. One of my favorites.

He is like the Chopin, Beethoven, Bach, etc. of Ice Skating! I haven't been able to watch the Olmpic's figure skating but I don't think I'm missing much.

I just found this video by accident, and I cannot agree more with the previous comments. I used to say that Brian B was the Gene Kelly of skating, but that Paul Wylie was Fred Astaire. He broke my heart many times, but I cried with joy when he won his Silver. Thanks for posting this. My only other comment is I wish he could coach artistry to today's skaters--I'm sure they already have plenty of jumping teachers.

Without the artistry of skaters like Paul Wylie, it's hard to connect with today's skaters. In retrospect, I was *much* more passionate about figure skating in the 80s and earlier 90s.
This performance actually gives me chills! Thanks so much for uploading it!

Paul is such a class act. I don't follow figure skating much anymore and after seeing this again I realize that I'm not missing much. The skaters today just can't compare to to Paul, Kristi, Scott, Brian and the like.
Wow, some of the best toe point and stretch in any male you'll ever see. Plus, fantastic spins and that last spreadle eagle section was *sigh* just heavenly.

I think there maybe is a handful of men who could pull off this kind of artistry. simply breathtaking.
