  • @42jemini You don't want to the first move in a Seki. Besides, Black is leading with about 80 points after the ladder.

  • Why did white resign? If I were white, I would at least tried to play with killing that lower black formation. If white could take K5 and A10 without black realizing what he was up to, that lower black formation would have been in a lot of trouble.

Of course I would have resigned if black responded by filling the other one, but more often than not your opponent misses things like that. It would definitely have been worth giving a try at least.

  • @alvago7f U mad? You think 26 Kyu could do such a magic?

  • this game is about 26kyu is low kyu, why you put 6p vs 4p? thats is totaly false

  • @tuquanghuy1996 The whole bottom left corner and surrounding area is a huge seki.

  • is bottom left white dead or seki?

  • @vladi1Z A good question, but there's time that 1 or 2 stone means nothing, some step = 50, some = 1 or 2, white think that eating the broken ladder are useless, eating 2, 3 stone cost 3-4 steps right? That 3-4 step can end the game. If black use those 3-4 step on the corner, while white r eating his ....... thingy, yea.... somethings wrong here lol

  • Can some1 please explain me, Im an begginer and want to learn.

after the broken ladder why didnt White just eat Black's stones (the stones of the broken ladder) I mean, that why broken ladder is bad, because the oppenet will eat your stone but White did nothing, why? did he try to take the left bottom corner, because he though it is better or what? Please explain me both minds of both players

  • @viewtifulgary He captures the white stones in the lower right corner and that is extremely huge. Then he has nice influence to make territory around the upper right corner and along the side. What is amazing is how he doesn't let white use the weaknesses left by the ladder.

  • this doesnt make any sense to me. and yes i am a lowly 19k player. but i just cant see what black was trying to accomplish with the ladder. it doesnt resemble any other pro games ive seen.
