True jizzy. Cats think NYC is soft because of the "gangsta" image out in Cali with Bloods vs Crips. NYC did all that...so many gangs in the 70's it was crazy. Then by the time the 80's rolled around it wasn't about a group cause anyone could get it. Crack came and it was really every cat for himself. See NYC is that grimey kind of town..ghetto or downtown manhattan...that's just how it is in NYC...anyone can get it!!!
