Excellent work...one of the greatest reforms in Management education in India...Its time other schools moved away from conventional methods of evaluation...IMI surely is going to lead the way ahead...congrats IMI ...Respect :)

Most, if not all, reputed B-schools looks into a candidate's profile before offering him/her a coveted seat. The reasoning being that exams do not reflect the overall personality and capabilities of the student. Well then, does their methodology for evaluating his/her performance during the course justify this selection procedure.

The reason why International Management Institute, New Delhi pioneered the I-Score.... A balanced score card covering much more than just academics... Way to go IMI...

In this rapidly changing world where experts says innovation is the only way sustainable in the long terms , i think IMI has come out with an exceptionally breakthrough innovation that will make IMI stand out many leap forward than other B -Schools. Kudos to IMI think tank behind this !!!!

An MBA program presents you with a lot of opportunities to develop your skills and personality. A lot of these opportunities arrive from outside the academic regimen, such as case study competitions, membership of clubs and committees, and other such acitvities. Many people are self motivated and dive into these activities. Some others desist because they might not see value in investing the effort that is required in these activities. The I score init incentivizes all round devlpmt of students.
