The funny part of this video is how if you look at the screen like at 1:45 you will see that the tamagotchi is on pause and is a toddler =O.I would enjoy this video more if they had it not on pause =P

Forgot some stuff. ;) They run on CR 2032 batteries, they sell them at Walmart in the Electronics section or at the jewelry counter, ask for them. ;)

Tamagotchis are still sold. :) You can buy them at Toys R Us, Walmart, Target and a few other places. The latest one in english as of 2012 is called the Tama Town Tama-Go. You can buy Tamagotchi online from Amazon and eBay too. :) They still exist in Japan too, new ones and random Tamagotchi stuff is released every week there. There's even a Tamagotchi TV show called Tamagotchi! that plays in Japan, China and Australia. Some of the episodes are on YouTube too, look up Tamagotchi!
