People in the US grew up with the mentality that dogs are not to be eaten,that's the only reason why some make a fuss over it.If you grew up in a country where it was acceptable,than you'd think it was acceptable. Why would eating a dog be wrong?Because they're cute?Chickens are cute but we eat them. Unless you're a vegan/vegetarian,that's a whole other story.Different countries are entitled to their culture,and deserve to be respected.

I'm Asian & yes, Asians eat dog. There are laws in the U.S. that ban this in the States, but this is as regular of a practice as eating beef or pork in some places. Others more of a delicacy. It happens in many places, especially in provincial areas. I don't get how these "Asians" are posting that we don't eat dog. Maybe they don't. I don't either, but Asians do. From Filipinos (me) to Chinese or Korean, we eat dog. I have Asian friends from all backgrounds that has had family members that do.

Asia is culturally the most diverse continent. some cultures might favour dogs as a form of delicacy but it doesn't necessarily mean that all Asians consume dog meat ; Hence, stop generalising.

Im not racist,my family tree is made with 4 different continents(Asia included), You will fool nobody saying that asians don't eat dogs,they do eat dogs ,this is true and you know that!!!! dog is a traditonal food meat in asia and some breed like chow-chow are breeding to be eated!!!
By the way there are thousand asians vids on youtube explaining how to prepare dog meat,I love dogs but I can also accept some people traditions different from mine
