@Froggy19510 What this guy said. It's jazz! You can't just stand there! Listen to the way Ella Fitzgerald does it, she threw every bit of herself into the song. You have good voices but if you want to sing jazz then act like jazz singers.

Yes - the recording levels could have been better.

No - you can't scat it or improvise. You're singing a three-part arrangement off paper, so you have to stay together - and you did.
