Parents, how many times have you told your children to stop hitting each other? And what would you say if we told you fighting could be healthy? Cynthia Vukkets was at a boxing gym in Kibera slums with a group of children who are reaping the benefits of fitness, discipline and self-defence.

  • Sweet video! Great for the kids. Thanks for the upload Mike! Showtime

  • boxing can be a way out for a lot of kids in the slums, they can make a living being boxers internationally. it also makes the kids to channel their aggression in the ring. as for cynthia manze i miss you hips.

  • Cynthia Vuket no nonesense no bull she is doing very good.

  • cynthia is mastering the kenyan accent well. considering how long she is been in kenya, she is doing wonderful. it is hard to learn new names, pronounciation and stuff. give cynthia another six months and she will be doing reporting in swahili.

  • do they have an health insurance jameni chungeni watoto

  • Unless there is strict medical supervision of the sport, I would strongly recommend a total ban on boxing! Question can these slum fit kids afford CAT scans and electroencephalograms that detect damaged brain-wave patterns? No! Yu heard from the coach here..inflicting maximum injury is part of this training i.e. Killing Machines!

  • Steve odiambo...lol..Cynthia u made my day!! nice reporting though!!
