As much as I adore Teen!Bro/Dirk, Pre-Scrach will ALWAYS be my favorite. He was such a good older brother and I just srsly adore teh fuck outta him.
So the plot of this video is Pre-Scratch Dirk (let's just call him Bro) telling his Post-Scratch self that there's no point rushing through life and telling him about the greatest thing that ever happened to him was when Dave was in his life.
