7. Examination to detect a SLAP tear
Dr. Mark Hutchinson's Knee, Shoulder and Hip/Groin Exam is a combined project of the University of British Columbia (UBC), the University of Illinois, Chicago (UIC), the Norwegian University of Sport Sciences, Oslo. The project is a teaching initiative of the Centre for Hip Health and Mobility (CHHM) (Vancouver).
The faculty leads are Drs Mark Hutchinson, Teresa Liu-Ambrose, Karim Khan and Roald Bahr. Additional faculty support has come from Drs Michael Koehle, Ian Scott, Navin Prasad as well as Tyler Dumont.
Project coordinators: Tonia Timperley and Julian Cooper (UBC School of Human Kinetics, Faculty of Education)

Well this was very helpfull. I failed every test for a SLAQP tear. My Dr. even after MRI still won't do anything for me. I have been in sevee pain and not sleeping for 6 weeks. I started therapy per him and even the therapist stopped because of the severe pain I was in. I think it's time for a new Dr. I tore my Bicept 2 years ago on the same arm. Would that weaken anything to have made this happen? Thank you

i didnt feel the pain, but there was a click. But all my stuff is clicking. Right shoulder is just clicking most =D maby its cause i use it in dance most
