Triceps
Start
Stand with your feet hip width apart and your knees slightly bent. Hold the rope with your palms facing inwards your elbows tucked into your side.
Movement
With your spine in neutral lean forward slightly and push the rope straight down. At the bottom of the motion slightly rotate your hands outward.
Tips
Keep your elbows still at your side throughout the movement this will help you get a better workout by isolating your triceps better. Do not over-arch your back, keep your shoulders down.
