Well it's not actually from that cartoon, but a part of a theatralic score composed by Edvard Hagerup Grieg for a piece called "Peer Gynt".

Except that Grieg reportedly HATED it. Thought it was VERY bombastic. Have to agree, though. Very tied to Norway. And, in my opinion, a great tune. :)
