I agree with you, but if not for proccessing and chemical additives would it be possible to feed such a huge population? If we all went organic wouldn't food become unaffordable?

Great Video Carina! I absolutely concur! with the part where you talk about avoiding long lists of ingredients, I tell people that all the time, ANYTIME a food product has a list of ingredients that will take you 3 hours to read, and has terms that are hard to pronounce, that is something one should avoid like the damn plague!
The best investment one can make for their kitchen is a kitchen machine such as a blender or better, one like mine that can be used as a food processor or blender.
