1. Its the same as the jailbreak for iDevices ;) it allows you to change boot logo, system files, hidden files and so on. i worked this weekend again many hours, so now there are some new added files, which are cracked now :D
2. i don't know. i only have a 6.1 devices. but i think, there will be changed a lot (OS files).
--> its only a .exe and you need .Net CF 3.5. - thats all i can say. sorry !
