THE VARI VOLT ALI'I JUICE FEED MOD

now then, if you are into wooden juice fed box mods, the Ali'i is easily one of the best. Never had a leak, and it performs as advertised. The Variable voltage is a nice option IMO , but without a multimeter there is no real way to know exactly what voltage you are vaping at. That might bother some people, but honestly if you're getting a good vape, then it doesn't really matter what the exact voltage is.

The fit and finish of the device is nice and classy looking, like i said in the video my juice door doesn't sit exactly flush with the body, which can be kind of annoying, not sure if other Ali'i owners have this same problem or not.

wouldn't you think that giant magnet would drain the batteries? I've heard many times that magnets pull power from rechargable batteries.

@DontLeaveMeLucile Never had any issues,  All though the Ali'i is no longer in my possession, I use Magnets in my Mantis and the battery life is just fine

FWIW only 3.7V cells should be used with regulated mods. You need that voltage headroom to compensate for the regulator's drop-out voltage.

@TheGusK Yeah I only have the Tenergy LIFEPO4 3.2v RCR123a batteries, They seemed to work ok on both this and my MonkeyBoxx

The monkeyboxx isn't that bad.. the Vv is smaller than the ali'i'

@GrimmGreen I have actually. Just looking for something a little more compact. By the time you add a decent mod to a map tank your looking at an 8 inch tube.

Been seriously looking at the REO grand.

@enfurno Yeah the only other vari volt juice feeding mod i know of is the MonkeyBoxx , and it's a little "clunkier" than the Ali'i , as in not very pocket friendly. It's like vaping a brick. Have you looked into the MAP tank?
