thank you for posting dialogue. i thought stress was physical symptoms; however, that may be resulted from shapes of minds. Because embracing true self, reality, weakness needs much more courage than dreaming of false idealism...so that i take something much less stressful...sorry...i love your methods.

wow - thank you Lilou and Debbie! When you were listing the symptoms of chronic stress Debbie, I realised that is me! And I thought I was dealing with my stresses, but I seem to have just pushed it more inside. But now that I know these are stress symptoms, I can deal with them. Will do some more work in this following my 100 day challenge from an open heart now - so thank you for helping me to recognise another problem for fixing :)
