  • I do agree Food in Italy as well as the enjoyment of food is an art!!! Not torturous...BUT that is such BS Italy No talk of glutens??? Italy has one of the largest populations of Celiacs AND is the most knowledgeable country of Celic disease with the best Gluten Free foods!!! I would say talk of Gluten there is not only not unusual...it is commonplace.
