Carolyn: Oh my god, heyy! You're that Micah girl, aren't you?
Micah: Um, yeah.
Carolyn: I know we havn't known eachother for very long, but I just wanted to invite you to my party Friday night at my place. Joe should be going, so just
get the directions from him. *Smiles*
I didn't know if I was supposed to smile and nod, or just not do anything.
Micah: Oh okay. I'll be there.
Carolyn:Great! *Turns back around*
I let out a sigh of relief. Glad that's over. Wait, didn't Joe tell me not to talk to her? Why? She seemed really sweet. The bell finally rang 48 minutes later.
I walked out, and met Joe out into the hallway.
Joe:Hey hun. How was your first class?
Micah:..Good. Carolyn invited me to a party friday night.
Joe:*Eyes go big in shock* WHAT?!! No no no! What did you say?
Micah: I told her I'd be there. What's the problem?
Joe: *Sighs* UGHH. *Puts hands over face* She is not a nice girl Micah. I want you to stay away from her.
Micah: Why? She seems really sweet?
Joe:*Laughs* She's the complete oppisite. Just stay away from her, promise?
Micah:*sigh* promise. *pause* Where do we go now?
Joe: Lunch. *Grabs hand*
We walked down the hall, and into the lunchroom. It was just like walking into the school for the first time. All eyes were on us, and everyone turned to
eachother whispering, and eyeing us as we retrieved our food.
Micah: You know what? I'm not hungry, Im just gonna go find a seat.
Joe: Oh.. Okay.
I browsed around the cafeteria looking for an empty table,when I heard my name being called.
??:Micah!!!
I looked and saw Carolyn and a bunch of her friends looking at me. And laughing.. Were they laughing at me? What did Carolyn want? Should I go talk to her?
Wait.. Joe said to stay away from her. I continued walking trying to find a seart, but they kept calling my name. I turned around. Looked at them for a split
second. I better go find out what she wants.
