In this series of videos Meng Foong, teacher at Yoga Now Malaysia, shares some details of her personal asana practice.

At Yoga Now Malaysia we run three types of yoga retreat.

The Relaxed Yoga Retreat is suitable for all levels, including beginners. There is some free time in the afternoon for sightseeing etc...

The Intensive Yoga Retreat is more physically and mentally challenging and orientated towards people who already have some experience of yoga and who would like to take their practice deeper. It is also suitable for beginners. The intensive yoga retreat also includes extra strength and flexibility workshop and an advance practice class as well as longer periods for meditation and pranayama.

The Nature Discovery Yoga Retreat has less yoga but includes time is spent in the company of a nature guide visiting some of the natural highlights of the island i.e. the rainforest and the mangrove eco-systems.
