I am still working on music for the ukulele and this is a great song for this instrument. However, in my opinion the song sounds good on any instrument... so to prove my point here is "Amazing Grace in Four Parts."

The opening notes to "Amazin' Grace" are identical to "500 Miles".
"If you miss the train I'm on
You will know that I am gone...'
(one can seamlessly and effortlessly substitute these opening lyrics with those of "Amazin' Grace".)
