I hadn't seen a train this long, or with this much power, on the CN Iowa Zone in a long time. It was kind of nice for a change. This was filmed on 12-29-08 first near Alworth IL, and then in Lena IL.

  • wow that was long and heavy!

  • I would have to say thats almost like our 31 local every so often we have have a change

  • 5 Locomotives, 134 Cars.

    Not too bad! ;)

  • I counted about 134 cars, probably a few more. But only the first two locos were running, you can hear the whine of the traction motors as they go past and the last 3 were shutdown.
