That looks like a pretty quaint lab. So do you just put a loop of pure culture into the machine for analysis? My lab here in Australia has a specialised ID section that identifies the organism and its sensitivities.

I use to do tissue culture work as well with IBT here in Houston which was a part of A&M. Now I am seeking a new vocation after three years in Genome research. I use to also illustrate for the grant research papers that were always be written!
