Honestly, I doubt we have that much of a political plan. Exxon & pals want to pump Iraq's oil dry and trillions are going to everyone's contractor pals. It's just a way to make money, most of it being diverted from the U.S. people's pockets.

I hear from Bush about all the liberty & freedom that Iraq now has, but they have said they want Blackwater OUT OF THE COUNTRY, and now Bush signs another massive contract for them to be in Iraq for another year.
