what is the one addon that gives your cast bar a red color at the end and if u press it in that area it casts like 0.2 sec faster??

my only issue with icehud is that i cant find the party settings when i turn of blizz frame (a.k.a.: loot seetings; 5 man normal/heroic, and etc) can anyone gimme a light on this? :(
