It is too late to talk about gun control.

If the government told everyone to turn in all guns, only people who obey laws would turn them in. No criminals would turn in their guns.

All of a sudden, every small-time thug would be the big man on campus. He would be able to do anything knowing that no law-abiding citizen has a gun to stop him.

one point i see is MASSIVELY for civilian gun posession. i live in a country (Poland) where you get a 'reasonably' limited influx of foreigners, amongst them illegal immigrants. thus we can claim we more or less know who's inside and can control it (one of the reasons being most of them immigrants go to western europe as their first choice lol). the point being: usa citizens only barely control who's inside their country - and in that situation i would WANT to have a gun.

Americans will never give up there gun rights, the vast majority of us support the right to bear arms and do not support banning guns.
