Thank you for the wonderful slide show. Whenever I seek inspiration to continue work on my doctoral dissertation, I listen to Ulali (my subject is American Indian college students in the sciences). This is the first time I have ever gone to Youtube instead of just listening to my iPod. Your photography is inspiring. I hope your career is fruitful.

Beautiful slide show! Looks like a great event! Also great song to use for it. This is one of my favorites too! I wanted to share this song on my FB profile. I used your video as all the others I found on YouTube just did slide shows of a bunch of sepia toned photos & made it seem like Indians weren't still around. We're still here singing the songs of our people and dancing the dances as we have for generations. So thank you for doing your part to keep the traditions alive!

It is disgusting what has happened to these people and the deception that occurred and the trickery and robbery.....i have bred a native american child of the blackfoot tribe. I myself am not indian, but my daughter is of Indian blood....absolutely horrific !!! The whites owe these people much. What was taken can not be replaced.

I'm also not American Indian but I live in Idaho where the culture is everywhere. Being raised in this area I have grown to love the rich culture in which they are still trying to keep alive. I agree with you in the fact that many years ago they were swindled out of the land they love but I don't believe the Indians to be so petty as to live in the past. I can only hope people will understand that it is not what happened in the past that makes you who you are but how you live in the present.
