Hi there, the price for the twin neck was £6,000. If you saw the work with your own eyes you would see just what value that is. Go to wilkesguitars.co.uk and look in players, then David Fahey for more info on the guitar. Also, look at the video page on the wilkesguitars.co.uk web site for more video of the twin neck being built.

Hi there,
The guitar is being commissioned by a chap called David Fahey. David had seent the Double Rainbow being played years ago and as he always fancied a twin neck so decided to get Doug to make one in a complimentary style to the Double Rainbow. The next commission David is giving Doug is one for a Harp Guitar.
So, who is commissioning the guitar?

@walterkolosky Take a look at the next commission from David Fahey, it a 24 string lyre harp guitar. There is also a video on the site that shows the initial work being done on this lyre guitar.
