Yes there are larva in there but my research showed that if they did get out before they died, they would only survive for a day or two. I had a bunch of them and they're all dead now. Nothing ever flew around the house. They entertained my cat for a good 5 months.

@calvin88893 thats wrong,the only reason a cat kills for fun is because the cat is fed by its owner, if its a wild cat kills it eats. Dolphins on the other hand are the only wild animals that kill for fun and have sex for fun.
