Also as far as situational irony: The vancome lady is working in this hospital and turning away someone for having a 'bastard child' when she herself is promiscuous. The very fact that she is working at any place that has a 'holy' name when she is adulterous and, therefore committing a sin, is IRONY ;P

Irony is the opposite of what is meant or expected. We expect it, they don't.
