Here is my weigh in. Yay it's closer to being on time this time, lol

Calculations:
1/2 bag of noodles = 09 calories = 06 oz of noodles
1 bag of noodles = 18 calories = 12 oz of noodles
1/4 bag of noodles = 4.5 calories = 3 oz of noodles

Possible uses
Miso Noodles 2 tbsp miso paste (50 calories)
1/3 bag of noodles (6 calories)
2 Tbsp Nama Shoyu (raw soy sauce) (20 calories)
1 Tsp Sesame seed oil (40 calories, lots of flavor)
cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes, and have a tasty 116 calorie plate of food. Even if you add a bunch of vegetables you probably won't get past 200 calories and have a massive meal.

  • looks interesting i will have to try those noodles!! where can you get them!?

  • I got them from that Aquavita health store, but you can get them from Asian food stores, I think they call them shiratake noodles though. I'm sure if you go in and tell them kelp noodles they'll know what you're talking about and they're usually packed in water, I hope you enjoy them!

  • mmm those look good and i'm really bad at trying new stuff haha

  • well maybe you can change that and try these {:o)
