  • Probably one of the first attemps to make an "anime like opening" in an RPG.! :D

  • El mejor juego de rol

  • @Alfrunk

The intros DO have quite a few things in common.

  • This was the first RPG I played back in mid-1994. Got the PS1 and PSP versions, but sold the Sega CD version.

  • @Alfrunk You think so? Because that's Luna right there and holy crap Adol sure does look a hell of a lot like Alex!

  • This is Ys

  • Yeah, when I played through the original version (this after being the original many times) I was at the last boss saying to myself "Really? I already won?"

  • In defense of the Mega CD/Sega CD version, let's NOT forget the GAmeboy Advance remake of Lunar 1which was even EASIER than ever...it's probably why we never got a GBA remake of Lunar 2. (Instead, we got a crappy DS sidestory in Lunar Genesis/Dragon Song.) Adding in those fake-me-out Limit Breaks & getting Nash at the very beginning of the game only made it ridiculously easy.

I do hope the upcoming PSP remake doesn't make these kinds of mistakes...

  • The sega cd version of lunar 1 was pretty easy, so when they made the playstation version they made it a bit more balanced and therefore harder.

The sega cd version of lunar 2 was much harder, because I am guessing too many japanese fans got mad at how easy the first game was, the sad part about this is they remade the game on playstation and made it way too easy. so basically I recommend playing the first game on ps1 and the second on sega cd because they are the best versions.

  • what is it easier? i thought it would be harder man.
