Three Dads....

Deadliftin' Heavy....

Representing for our kids, which motivate us in a way that only a Father could understand.

Being a Father makes us want to push the envelope, to NOT view age as a limit, to become stronger, leaner and meaner than our younger years.

Only a family man can understand this feeling and thought process.

Martin Rooney as always has much philosophy to share, Rich Sadiv is quiet, intense and deadly, and myself, well, I'm getting fired up and going through my 3rd workout of my day with Martin.

Ironically, this last workout is the one which requires us to move the most weight!

Go to http://zacheven-esh.com/warriors.php and you'll see the 'Ultimate Workouts for Warriors' Book

Enjoy the Vid and feel free to share this with your friends, family, colleagues or anyone else who wants to see some ass kickin workout vids!

Lead from the FRONT!

  • @amarone1956

Steve Pulcinella pulled sumo style and broke a world record in the deadlift in his time if I recall correctly.

  • I like watching conventional deadlifters, but sumo style bores me. The world's best, of which Rich is one, all use conventional style.

  • What was the weight of the first plate?

  • @LexPhilogus rich is the man...

  • Did anyone notice, no belt til they got up to over 500 lbs. That's real strength!! now try seated good mornings w/455 lbs. for a triple.

  • Damn, that older man is impressive! He doesn't even look very strong.

  • Great video. I am also a family man and I still find time to workout without neglecting my family. It is definitely possible and being in shape and strong makes you a better dad. Z, I am on my 2nd week of MOS and loving it.

  • woww...bad ass man....

  • you cant imagine how i feel right now, i just whant to run to the gym and throw around a ton of steel or something.
