@A86 Good point! Tort reform has NOTHING to do with our private health insurance premiums. Texas has the tightest tort reform laws, yet the private citizens pay very high insurance premiums. This is an apples and oranges issue. In regard to competing across state line, the PH insurance industry has had decades to do this. There has been no Federal regulation stopping them. Please everyone, don't shed any tears for the PHI industry. They are making profits off the sick and dying! How Christian!

@A86 Tort reform? That is the joke of the day! Texas has the tightest tort reform laws, yet their PH insurance rates are one of the highest. Apples and oranges. PH insurance companies have had decades to decide to compete across state lines. Don't blame any federal regulation on that. As long as their is profit in the sick and dying, the United States will remain 37th in the industrialized world when it comes to healthcare delivery.

Violating rule of law is called subversion, basically you're witnessing the end of civilization. Example funny money destroys society the US Fed Government has been counterfeiting currency for 40 years. That guarantee's USA is toast no fix.
Youtube abandoned houses and businesses.

OH NO!!! Another paranoid idiot who thinks Alex Jones isn't out there making money off of paranoid snake-handlers. Lay off the strychnine, my friend.
As an anarchist I take offense to that. Republicans are NOT anarchists. They're just hypocritical corporatists who want the government to not hold business to any sort of laws or standards but want the government to bust unions (which is unconstitutional), bailout private business, spy on and profile citizens (mostly nonwhite Muslims) and violate the Bill of Rights, deport millions of people, regulate marriage, outlaw abortion, etc. Look how they wanted us to prostrate ourselves to Fuhrer Bush.

Fact: Republicans have no healthcare plan.
Well, to be completely honest they have a couple of ideas like tort reform and competition across state lines. But the CBO analyzed their plans and found that they would be practically useless in reducing costs, premium prices or the number of uninsured. Competition across state lines would just allow all the insurers to flock to low regulation states and continue business as usual. New companies would just act like the old ones.
