So we met this dude in line at Comic-Con 2011. Apparently Riot turned him away earlier at their portfolio review session. We decided to give him a shot at the big time via the Internet. Here is "frostyhardtop" doing a champion spotlight for his idea "Arachnus: King of Spiders, Lord of Webs."
