Must be easy to make a living when you are in government and you can always put the guns of the state to everyones head and make them pay up. Any and every resource the government provides is a welfare scheme by definition including a civil servant salary which she gets. Its nice to know the lazy fat wellfare bum mayor finally got off her ass to point fingers. Gosh that was tiring, a nap and voting another salary hike is in order.

@deviouslikeyou True but there are a lot of white, blacks, asians, hispanics and every other race on welfare too and thats not how our race should be judged....I affiliate myself with successful Native business men all worth well over 5 million so anybody is free to come tell me I am a lazy Indian on welfare when I work 20hrs a day and run a multi million dollar company...and our people need to be more successful and being okay with what the government wants us to be...and thats powerless
