Native America: Discovered and Conquered

This interview discusses the original International law that Europeans used to claim the whole rest of the world.

Today we call that principle the Doctrine of Discovery.
"The United States adopted this Doctrine of Discovery from Europe, from the English colonies and made this part of the law to control Native people, to control Tribal Nations.......to acquire all their land.
