Looks slammin' Son! I like to blend the olives w/ the peppers and garlic. I hate to eat a big chunk of olivo in my pastelito. BTW, I made your beef pastelitos and they came out really good but a bit too oily. I had to drain some of the oil. Next time I'll use 90 % lean. Keep up the cooking shows. You're good!

@saveusrecycle haha thank you! if you asre going to try this one, the chicken one, i did it a couple of more times and found out adding lime to it kicked up the flavor times 2 for some reason.. once you have the chicken by itself all ready, taste it, add a lil lime and see if that works for you. And yeah, i dont drain the meat, i figured you will dip it in oil anyway, but if you bake it instead and use leaner meat that would work for the oil issue :) and yayyy

PS- a frying pan is a salten -_- and NOT a paila... a paila (or caldero) is a pot.... usually to boil shit... caldo... caldero... soup... caldo... caldero... get it ?? o_O.... && this has been Spanish 101 with el professol del amol ! str8 outta da height$ !!!
