Bouchra, 26 years old and the wife of star player Robin v Persie. They live in London with their 2 kids. But today I (the presenter) am meeting them in their 2nd home in Rotterdam.

After a glorious career with Feyenoord, Robin transferred to Arsenal. Right now, he's one of the best strikers in the world. When I meet them, Robin is sadly injured so that's why they temporarily came back to The Netherlands.

Robin: When I heard about it (the SOS Children's Village) I said, "you have to do it. That is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Don't worry about the kids, they will be taken great care of."
Presenter: Are you happy to be back in Rotterdam?
Bouchra: Yes, but I have to be honest. We have been here for weeks or months and I feel like going home. England feels like home.
Presenter: How come (England feels more like home)?
Bouchra: I think because our kids were born there.

Then Dina Layla who's in her arm gets sick and Robin cleans it up. Bouchra jokes about there being absolutely no glamour in their home.

Bouchra: I think that a lot of people think we are shopping all day long, don't do anything around the house. But I have two children, I am just a housewife. I also have to clean, feed my kids, just normal things every mother does.
Presenter: How long have you and Robin been together?
Bouchra: We've been together for 7 ½ years. And on the 31st of March we've been married for 6 years.
Presenter: How did you meet?
Bouchra: I was in my car, I had to drop somebody off somewhere but it was very early so I was in my pajamas. Then the car behind me started to honk the horn. And it turned out to be Robin and a friend of his.

Then she says she looked horrible that day but Robin then says he thought she looked nice and that he was impressed.

Bouchra is going to leave her family all alone since the birth of her daughter. She says the worst thing will be that she'll miss her children and her husband and would probably worry about them. Robin has to run the house all by himself. Let's hope he can do that without Bouchra by his side.

Robin: When she's around I am a bit of a slob. Baby socks and pants will lie in a corner and she will pick them up, show them to me and drop them so I have to clean them up myself.

The presenter then asks if Robin can cook. He says Bouchra is an amazing cook, so if he's alone he'll eat with friends or they come to his house and they order something because he can't cook for himself.

Bouchra explains that she doesn't just want to donate a large amount of money for the charity. She feels good she's able to help herself. She wants to see with her own eyes to feel and see how those people live and cope.
